One block completed for Nellie's Wedding Quilt. That means THIRTY FIVE blocks are yet to be made. All those half-square triangles....
Don't look for this one to be finished anytime soon as other projects and deadlines are clamoring for attention. But it's underway.

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step! Lovely, lovely block.
That is a gorgeous block! *drool* (I LOVE blue and white!) I can see that this one could take awhile. Good luck and enjoy the process!
For goodness sake, How Small are those triangles? Somehow to me that middle square looks like it is only one inch!
Wow, though, I like the colors and the scrappiness!
I say this with affection: you're crazier than I am! :)
Definitely crazy! But it's going to be gorgeous when it's finally finished.
Kathie it's going to be wonderful!! Love all the scrappiness going on...and, well...can't really go wrong with blue!!
Love the blue and white! With 36 big blocks you might look into Edyta Sitar's paper method. I like her method best and you can get many perfect hst units with as much variety as you want. Can't wait to see more.
Beautiful - blue and white is my favorite!
Wow stunning block and fab colour combo! I love blue and white together.
A classic look and yet so marvelously scrappy - I love it!!

This block is stunning..I can't wait to see the whole quilt! :)
A block with four baskets and in blue and white reproduction fabrics. Very good. I like basket blocks of just about any kind. Will the quilt be made with just this particular block pattern?
Gasp! Blue and white might be the new brown and pink...this would be a stunning color choice for our next blick exchange.
